As Business Development Manager, you'll help to build our sales function from the ground up by engaging prospects, developing a strong and repeatable pipeline, and shaping how we connect with customers—working alongside a new team you’ll help define rather than stepping into an existing position.

- Actively reach out to potential customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and help ensure the sales pipeline stays full and up to date.
- Get familiar with our product, target customers, and sales tools, and follow established sales processes while helping test and improve outreach and messaging.
- Gather feedback from prospects, document common questions and objections, and share insights with the team to help refine our understanding of customer needs.
In the first year:
- Progressively manage deals independently, from first contact to handover, while maintaining strong organization and follow-up.
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams, supporting smooth communication and long-term customer success.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting, helping the team build a sustainable and repeatable sales setup.
